TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing from the MineRaze store, you agree to the following terms:

VIRTUAL PRODUCTS ONLY
All payments are for virtual in-game items with no real-world monetary value. These items are non-transferable and intended solely for use within the MineRaze Minecraft server. -
NO REFUNDS – WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
In accordance with Danish and EU consumer law, buyers usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods. However:
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your digital product and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal.
This waiver is confirmed through a mandatory checkbox during checkout. As a result, all purchases are final and non-refundable. -
ACCOUNT SANCTIONS AND BANS
If you are banned from the server for breaking the rules, you will not be entitled to a refund. Bans are issued at the full discretion of the MineRaze staff. Access to the server is not guaranteed at any time. -
AVAILABILITY AND SERVER CLOSURE
If the server or specific features are discontinued, removed, or reset, you forfeit access to any associated items. No compensation or refunds will be provided. -
LIMITED DURATION FOR NON-RANK ITEMS
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchased items (excluding ranks) are valid for one map only and will be lost after a server reset. -
ITEM EXPIRY AND IN-GAME LOSS
Items lost due to in-game mechanics (e.g. death, glitches, lag) are not eligible for replacement or refund. Recovery of such items is at the sole discretion of the staff team. -
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the MineRaze network. No exceptions. -
NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server or that any specific item, feature, or content will always be available. -
PRICING, CURRENCY, AND VAT
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.
VAT is covered by the seller (MineRaze) and not charged additionally to the buyer. -
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. -
DATA AND PRIVACY
Data such as your Minecraft username, IP address and personal information may be collected to deliver your purchase and manage your account.
Your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
It is used solely to deliver your purchases and manage your account, and is never shared with third parties. -
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law.
Any disputes arising from purchases or gameplay shall be handled in the courts of Denmark. -
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MineRaze is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the server, in-game items, or store services.
All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. -
CHANGES TO TERMS
MineRaze reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
It is the buyer's responsibility to review them periodically.
Continued use of the store or server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. -
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment provider, Stripe.
MineRaze does not store payment information such as credit card numbers. -
ACCOUNT BINDING
All purchases are tied to the Minecraft username provided at the time of purchase.
We do not transfer items or ranks between accounts. -
NO RESALE OR REDISTRIBUTION
You may not resell, redistribute, or exchange MineRaze digital products for real-world currency or items.
